Face Mask (for oily skin types)


This mask recipe takes only 10 minutes to make and the ingredients are probably right in your kitchen. It relieves skin irritation and removes signs of fatigue.

Put in a cup of boiled water one tablespoon of chamomile flowers and wait for 5 minutes. Then put in the flower infusion 4 tablespoons of smashed almonds, mix well and the face mask is ready.

Apply a thick layer of the face mask to the face in smooth motions.  Leave the mask on for 20 minutes.  Wipe it off, rinse with warm water and then close your pores with a refreshing cold water rinse.

  • Almond, which is light and easily absorbed, softens and nourishes skin.   
  • Chamomile flower infusion is healing to the tissues.

A Few Words about Health and Beauty




In today’s world, everyone has usually least time to look after himself. However, it is possible with a little effort to take good care of our mental and physical health. How?
By following some wellness tips:

1. Balanced Diet
Our body needs proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, etc in order to function properly. Follow a balanced diet in order to be healthy!

2. 8 Glasses of Water Daily
Water is the source of life. Our body needs lots of water for numerous reasons. Don’t forget to drink 8 glasses of water daily.

3. Regular exercise
If you want to keep yourself fit and healthy, choose the form of exercise you like and make it a habit. Physical health is determined in a large degree by exercising.

4. Rest
We re not robots, we need to rest. Make sure you sleep at least 7 hours daily. Take some rest on the afternoon.
